- Every client can expect a schedule of costs prepared within 3 working days from receipt of the file.
- Following a breakdown of negotiations the client can expect the file to be transferred to the drafting department immediately after negotiations have broken down for the preparation of a detailed bill of costs.
- Every client can expect to receive a bill of costs within 10 working days of the file being transferred to the drafting department (turnaround for large quantum bills to be discussed with client).
- Every client can expect to receive a response to a telephone call or email within the same working day.
- Every client can expect to receive a response to a letter within 1 working day.
- Every client should feel free to seek advice on a costs matter irrespective of whether we are/ will be instructed on the specific case.
